The Process

STEP 1: Goal Setting

An initial contracting session to understand the challenges you are facing and clarify goals for coaching so we can tailor the coaching to your specific needs.

STEP 2: One-to-one coaching

Up to three hours of 1:1 coaching per month delivered online or face-to-face, with additional WhatsApp, email and phone support in between sessions.

STEP 3: Review

A review session at the end of the programme to discuss progress and embed learning with an option to discuss continuation.

Founder to Leader Programme

Founder to Leader is my 7-month signature coaching programme for SME founders who want to scale their leadership so they can scale their business.

My programme is ideal for you if:

  • Growing your team has made your life harder rather than easier. You are desperate to move from Doer-in-Chief to a confident leader who can deliver growth through others

The Founder to Leader programme enables you to:

The Process

STEP 1: Goal Setting

We begin with an initial goal setting meeting to understand your core challenges, needs and priorities so we can tailor the programme to create the biggest possible impact in your business ​

STEP 2: Diagnostics

We will carry out a series of diagnostics to identify your natural leadership style, strengths and key areas for development.

The diagnostics will include stakeholder interviews, leadership and strengths psychometric assessments and a review of relevant business materials such as business plans and reports.

At the end of this stage I will send you a leadership development report detailing my findings which we will use to refine your goals.

STEP 3: Full Day Founder to Leader Intensive

Taking time away from your usual working environment give you the space to challenge your thinking and develop new perspectives.

The content of our full-day face-to-face development offsite will vary as it is tailored to your specific needs and goals, but a typical session will include:

  • Exploration of your vision, purpose, values and goals
  • Debrief of your psychometric assessments and leadership development report
  • Exploration of your current most significant challenges
  • Creation of a development roadmap that you will implement over the next six months, supported by our regular coaching
STEP 4: One-to-one Coaching

We meet regularly either online or face-to-face for 12 hours of 1:1 coaching and support over a 6-month period as you implement your development roadmap, with an additional half-day reviews at the 3-month and 6-month points to assess progress and recalibrate goals.

Our coaching sessions are supplemented by WhatsApp, email and phone support between sessions.
