Option 1. Exit Strategy Day – £1,450 + VAT

A full-day strategy intensive (virtual or face-to-face) to help you get clear on:

  • Your personal and business goals for exit
  • Ideal timelines, deal structures, and possible buyers
  • Current founder dependencies and business strengths/risks
  • How to make your business more attractive to the right buyer
  • Who needs to be on your “exit team” e.g., accountants, lawyers or financial advisers - and when to bring them in
  • What you need to shift now - and where to begin

Includes:

  • 30-min prep call
  • 1 full strategy day (in person or Zoom)
  • Two follow-up coaching sessions
  • Your personalised Exit Compass Roadmap

Option 2. Exit Clarity Half-Day – £750 + VAT

A focused session to help you explore your readiness to exit and understand your options. Perfect if you’re in early exploration mode but want direction and momentum.

Includes:

  • Pre-session intake
  • 3-hour coaching session
  • 30-min follow-up
  • Written summary of key decisions + next steps

Option 3. Ongoing Coaching – £500/month + VAT

Want support beyond the planning day? I offer tailored, ongoing 1:1 coaching to support you through business readiness, team leadership, reducing founder reliance, and preparing mentally and emotionally to let go.

Includes:

  • 2 x 60-minute sessions per month
  • WhatsApp and email support between sessions
  • Minimum 3-month commitment
